Local Device Storage

To provide a functional and gamified training plan, we store the following data locally on your device (using SharedPreferences):

• Completed Days: Tracking which of the 30 workout days you have completed.
• Streak & Freezes: Keeping track of your daily consecutive workout streak and remaining streak freezes.
• Weight Logs: Storing dates and weights you enter locally to draw the progress chart.
• Water Tracker: Saving your daily water intake count for hydration goals.

*Uninstalling the application will permanently erase all local storage and reset your progress, as no backups are uploaded to any external servers.

Our app displays advertisements powered by Google AdMob to keep our training plan 100% free for everyone. AdMob may utilize third-party SDKs to collect anonymous identifiers to deliver personalized or non-personalized advertisements.
