"My Car" is your personal digital assistant for managing your vehicle's maintenance and expenses. We aim to facilitate your life by automating reminders and providing a complete record for your car, while keeping your data privacy as a top priority.

2. What Data Do We Collect?

We collect the minimum data necessary for the app to function efficiently, including:

• Account & Authentication Data: Email address, password, or Google account credentials to create your secure account and enable seamless data backup and cloud synchronization.
• Vehicle Data: (e.g., car make, model, odometer reading, and maintenance records) that you enter manually.
• Technical Data: (e.g., device type, OS) to ensure app compatibility, performance, and stability.
• Location Data: (Only when using specific features that require it, and with your explicit consent).
• Photos and Documents: Images you choose to upload for invoices or registration documents.

Important Note: We only use your email address or Google account to secure your account and synchronize your data in the cloud, ensuring full privacy protection.

Google Maps Services

The Map and Radar features in the "My Car" app are powered by Google Maps. All map data, imagery, and logos are the property of Google LLC. Use of these features is subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

3. Why Do We Collect Your Data?

We use data for the following operational purposes only:

• Maintenance Management: To calculate and alert you of upcoming maintenance based on odometer reading and dates.
• Location Services (On Demand):
  • To enable the "Find My Car" feature to save your geographical parking location.
  • To suggest nearby service centers in emergencies (processed locally on your device).
• Service Improvement: To analyze app usage, troubleshoot bugs, and design new helpful features.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We believe your data belongs to you. Therefore:

• No Sale of Data: We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.
• Service Providers: The app does not automatically share your data or location with any workshop. If you contact a workshop, you do so on your own initiative.
• Cloud Services: We use secure Google Firebase infrastructure to backup your data, ensuring it is encrypted and safe.
• Ads: The app may display ads from third parties (like Google AdMob) to support the service. These partners may collect anonymous technical data (like advertising ID) to improve ads, but we never share your personal information.

We implement strict technical and organizational security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. Communications and database structures are encrypted using advanced protocols.

6. Your Rights (Delete Data)

You have full control over your data:

• Right to Delete: You can permanently delete your account and all recorded vehicles/data from both local and cloud databases at any time via the "Delete All Data" option in Settings.
• Right to Edit: You can modify any record, odometer value, or upload at any time easily.
